Authorized use
Customers must use RoboRep only for lawful communications and must obtain all consent required for calling, recording, transcription, automated dialing, and marketing.
Carrier and provider services
Telephony usage, phone numbers, registration, carrier fees, recordings, and transcription may be supplied by third-party providers and billed separately.
Automation
Customers remain responsible for calling lists, consent, suppression rules, pacing, scripts, and representatives using RoboRep. Automated features must not be used to evade carrier, platform, or legal requirements.
Availability
Preview features may change before general availability. Final commercial terms will be presented during account activation.
